I heard the project's producer stating in one interview that you would be able to build islands and add to the archipelago in single player. Is that true in any way, shape or form?

Wow, never saw that interview! great one!
My guess about adding to the archipelago is either simply talking about regular MP maps, but more likely I think hes talking about either being able to add to the existing SP world and edit it or the ability to create SP maps!Either way its promising.

Dont know what to think since theres been no confirmation from ubisoft, also no mention of it on fc maps.com so fallen champ may not be a believer. Dapper said theres a smaller gaming conference in late august maybe a full demonstration is in the works.

That smaller gaming conference will be Fanexpo Canada, which starts tomorrow. It is confirmed on their site, that Michael Mando will be there, and people will be able to play multiplayer.

I think maxpower told me there was one coming in about a month called "PAX", but i could be wrong on the name/spelling. I dont think its a very small one either.
Yeah, that's another event, PAX in Seattle from Aug. 31 - Sept. 2. (PAX East was in Boston this spring with a lot of multiplayer info and videos), but we don't know whether FC3 is going to be there, or not...
