No collectors edition headgear? Please solve this!

Hey guys, I've never had a problem with this game, but recently I completed SP and decided to give MP a bash, just to find I don't have the collectors edition headgear?

I pre-ordered the collectors edition game on Steam. I have all the bonus camo's (Including 2 Ubisoft developer camo's? Should I even have these?) All the bonus guns, the bonus map, but NOT the headgear? Today I reached level 6 with my scout, and it said I had unlocked a new piece of headgear, so when I went to get my new headgear, it wasn't there. None of the extra headgears are appearing for me? I only have the 3-4 original pieces.

I asked in the lobby, and another guy is having exactly the same problem as me. So what's up with this? I want everything I payed for Do I have a dodgey CD key?

    Please help me Ubisoft!

P.S Anyone else who has this problem, please reply if you found a fix.

The special edition headgear are the V3 and V4 variants for each headpiece.

I'm not sure if you understood the problem.

The product description on Steam says: "48 CUSTOM HEADGEAR OPTIONS: You’ll get even more options to customize your character and make him look truly unique on the battlefield."

I don't have any of these pieces of headgear. I go to change my characters appearance, and they don't appear.

The scenario you described is that of someone who doesn't realise that the V3 and V4 variants are the new headgear.
For example, you said that at level 6 you only had "the 3-4 original pieces". A Scout on the standard edition would only have 2 at that level.

In Normal Game You have 1 Head Customs on each Class. with lvling you unlock 2nd variant and another 3 type (with the 2nd vartiant on them).
If you have pre-ordered game, then you have another 2 variant (Like someone above scribe V3 and V4), but to use this variants in other types of headgear,
you must have unlocked V1 of set. (lvl 16, 30 and 44 if I remember ;P). 2nd Option is still blocked but if you go to next V3 and V4 are available.

Now the most important. 4Variant on 4 sets = 16
    16 Headgears on 3 class = 48 headgear customizations.

So what you're saying is, I have to unlock the the first 3 bits of headgear to be able to see the rest? Because so far, I can only see 3 pieces of headgear, despite being told that I unlocked a piece at level 6

You unlock the V1 and V2 variants of headgear at different levels.

    I.e Hat A V1 - Level 0, Hat A V2 - Level 6, Hat B V1 - Level 14, etc.

The V3 and V4 variants are the custom ones available from special editions.
You must have the V1 variant of the headgear first in order to see the V3 and V4 ones.

Figured it out, I thought you scroll left and right to select from all the different pieces, I didn't realize you had to select the piece of headgear again to get the different options. Sorry for wasting your time guys, just me being an idiot xD
