Hello,
I have problem with save games. I can play, save etc.
But when I close game and Uplay of course and on this day or another I want back to my save games, they disappear (I have access only to my old save games - from January).

Sync with cloud works fine (no error messages).
TechSupport don't do anything (I waiting for any good news one month).

I have DLC and I can't play.
I feel robbed.

I dont know if have made any chances but this one u refer is a known bug from patch 1.51-1.52
Disable could sync even if for u works fine. Myself i disabled it and have no problem from now on (although lost all my campaign progress and leveling of my heroes from the patch...)

Whenever this problem occurs, exit heroes, let it resync and go back in. It should recover your files. If not, try once more. If you move between computers it will not work as a fix.

I am getting the same problem. Have to admit save game is a pretty basic thing to get wrong. How do you disable could sync?

I MAY have found a very helpful solution. I had the same problem. That is,I wanted to playthe second mission of a givencampaig, but the previous save was gone, and I had to either start mission 2 with a level 1 hero (very bad idea), or play the whole thing over again. Hhere is the solution. Say you want to play Sanctuary mission 2. Choose the sanctuary campaign, FIRST mission,and CONTINUE (not restart map). That will take you to the very last place you were; usually the big boss battle or game ending screen. When it is over, CONTINUEinto the very next mission, even if tht is not the one you want to playnext. Then after the opening scenes, just SAVE the game. When you get ready to lay, you just have to load that save, and you start mission 2 with a level 9 or 10 hero. This worked for me, and I hope it works for you. BTW - I think we all sould be playing with the CLOUD disabled, because it is really bugged. Ihope this helps someone.

On the Uplay screen go to the games and on the wheel icon upper right, next to ur account name, click it.
the first option is for cloud save, Disable it.

For my acc i have enabled only the
'enable in-game for overlay-games' and
'allow UPLAY choose a proxy' - 'Automatic

thanks tried disabling cloud save synch but still lossing saves. Think I wlll try sticking to offline mode only.

Anyone know if there is any way to make save files on the hardisk so that I can manually protect them.

Edit: OK I thkn I have it now, if you play in offline mode your saves appear in My docsuments/Might & Magic Heroes VI/<username>/save Perfect!
