No Download Button on Future Soldier
I purchased Ghost Recon Future Soldier Deluxe Edition from Uplay on Wednesday Aug 15th. The title appeared immediately within my Uplay account but with no download button. I tried installing Uplay on various computers (even a computer at work) and still no download button on that title. Every other title properly displays a button except for that one.
I created a ticket the same day with UBI Support. Liz responded to me the following day (Thursday) "Hello Jay, Please try to download your game directly from the Ubishop.com site."
I responded promptly that I'm unable to find where that's possible and ask her to provide a link. I've received no further responses on the Ubisoft ticket.
I'd like to get a response from someone at Ubisoft.
I'd like to know if they're aware of the issue and working on it. I'm not upset, I just want someone to respond to me intelligently with an actual status. I fully support Uplay and hope they get it streamlined.
im just a customer but i was able to find out how to download purchases within 10 seconds of looking the ubishop site
there is an extensive help section on the ubishop website which covers pretty much everything - its linked at the top of every page on the site

Wow, 10 seconds.... impressive. I appreciate you trying to help, however I have already looked up my order on the Ubisoft site... entered the order number and password etc, and all that's provided under the order details (which is where you're directed to get your download) under Download Information is the following:
Thank you for purchasing Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier™ Deluxe Edition. To access your new game, you will need to launch Uplay PC.
Your game will be visible in the “GAMES” section
The traditional download link such as in previous titles I've ordered from Ubisoft is not provided with this title. It's as if they've committed to the UPlay service 100%... which as I've stated, is not presenting me with a download button.
Again, I'm looking for a response from Ubisoft as to the status of the original problem. A direct link to the download from Ubisoft in the meantime would be nice while they work in the issue. However, I'll only accept official download information. I don't torrent or any crap like that.

i'm pretty sure any official response from someone from ubi will be as follows: "please contact support at blah"
unfortunately ubi support is terrible, but its the only way you will be able to find a solution / direct download link
if after a few days you're not getting anywhere with support post a new thread here and a moderator might be able to escalate the ticket for you

Thanks for responding Mush. I'm not in any hurry really, I'd just like some sort of response from them acknowledging the issue so that at least I know they're working on it. I imagine that they're busy dealing with the rush from the dollar game sales. But it doesn't take long to respond back.

Well it's good to know I'm not the only one with this issue. That tells me that they're most likely aware of the issue and working on it. Still, it'd be nice if they'd confirm this.
It's now Monday August 20th 4:42PM EST and I've still have not received a response from Ubisoft Support on Incident: 120816-000001.
