So there is a little bit of time in there but it makes me think we can mark the truck and then wander off back to the start of the stage if we like and call it in.
It would be cool if Grim says: Sam, you need to be careful. Get some distance between you and the truck to be safe from the impact of the missile.
It would add to the relationship of them both and then you would go back if you wanna call in the airstrike.

He brings the drone online in Jadid's office so I assume that it IS Sam doing the turret deal, which does seem a bit too much. I thought someone else would be controlling that for him and he just approves the targets, even thought the Player gets to do the deal. What benefit would there be to him doing it himself when he needs to be watching his six other than knowing exactly which building NOT to shoot at (I'm sure he would make that very clear to whoever could be controlling it remotely from the Paladin though).
Exactly. Sam should be actually quiet busy looking for ways to safe his *** and get out there. He should be actually dead cause of the missile which did the hole in the building Sam was in. So...

hahaha...*shrugs*...now that I cannot do anything about....I can MAYBE affect the change in tracers and weapon sounds..just maybe..but not that entire performance capture session.
They are still doing motion capture and they could change that if they wanna do the recapture, like him getting a pill or something and dying. Just looks too cheesy seeing Sam doing everything professional at first and suddenly doing that **** there.

Wow. What a great thread. Props to Shobit for taking his time and presenting all this info in an organized manner. Thanks to Shade for passing it on to Ubisoft.

I just hope that the demo was just an explosive, let's show them what we can do, edited piece. And that the actual level is much more realistic.

There's nothing wrong with action in SC as long as it goes in line with Sam's fallibility or vulnerability like the countdown in the Battery level in CT.

I completely agree with what this thread is saying and hope that the higher ups get a hold of this soon.
Variable speed gives more control over your walk/sneak which in turn gives your animations a personal touch and increases re-playability. It is also tied directly into the AI sound system.
Analogue controllers where created to give you more control over your character and the Developers have a responsibility to use it.
For me it's a no buy without it.

I also agree with everything mentioned by the OP, but I really doubt the devs will make any significant changes based on this or any othe thread, no matter how well it's presented. I know I might sound pessimistic, but I'm just being realistic.
    Nedich: I won't talk.
Sam Fisher: You're gonna make me cut your throat and look for the words inside your neck!
    Nedich: Oh, God...
