Problem with buying games via uplay | Forums

Hello, today I wanted to buy HoMM VI and The Settlers VII. I have done everything that I was asked for like giving adress and way of payment (which is PayPal). And how can I pay? In League of Legends and Steam when I choose PayPal at the end of application the PayPal's page is opened, then I can pay and my money is charged instantly. But in Uplay nothing like this happens.
Moreover when I want to check the status of my order I am asked for the numer of my order. Where I can get it or check it?

Edit: I also haven't got any emails from uplay/paypal (checked in spam).

This is happening to a lot of users unfortunatelly, myself included. Ubi service is horrible, one of the worst I had to deal with. Their staff have no idea at all what is happening or how to solve problems.
I invite you to read other posts in this forum if you are a fan of horror stories...
