I bought prince of persia the forgotten sands from ubisoft store for 3,75 euros. I was billed, but i never got any kind of email, no game on my uplay account or anything. The payment just went through and no sign of email/game. What to do?

Same problem here, yesterday i bougth hawx 2 and after 24 no email confirmation or something else, any suggestion pls?

and paypal Receipt did not come

same here, bought From Dust yesterday and no confirmation and nothing in uplay. no PayPal receipt either. This looks really dodgy.

Hi guys, please ensure you are checking junk email folders. Nothing in junk folder. I paid via bank transfer as it was one of the options.
