    Purchasing From Dust troubles

Hi all, i have been trying all day to purchase From Dust at the discounted price, but am unable to because when i submit my CC info i get the next page saying server error.

I have tried buying it from the uplay browser, and also ie and chrome on 2 different pc's with the same results.

Anyone else having this problem or know a soulution?

    Thx

Edit: I should add i purchased Hawx2 yesterday with no problems.

I've been trying all day to purchase this game but I've been getting the same error as you. I purchased HAWX 2 yesterday without problem. Switched to paypal instead of using my credit card and it went right through.

I have the exact same problem. I can't buy From Dust using my debit card. If Ubisoft don't fix the problem and allow people to buy From Dust for £1 at a later date then I will be very dissapointed in Ubisoft. I had no issue buying Hawx 2 yesterday.

Good to hear I'm not the only one. Bought HAWX 2 yesterday, though it took almost an hour to show up, now I keep getting server error in uplay and in chrome when I try to buy From Dust.

    Seriously Ubi? Seriously?

So paypal does work fine. And if you haven't setup bill-me-later, you can get $5 back for setting it up in August. Hooray for making money for spending money. Guess I'm getting all 4 $1 deals now.

In order for me to try and recreate the error, I will have to try and purchase the game again. I don't want to do this just in case the purchase goes through and I end up paying more for the game because it no longer costs £1.

The information I can give you is that when I first tried to buy From Dust I would get a server error, after clicking the refresh button in the client, I then attempted to confirm the purchase but I kept on getting an error message.

I tried to contact support using the link that you gave us but I don't have an order number because I wasn't able to buy the game.

I had the exact same problem as I just tried to purchase Driver: San Francisco. The error message that I got was this. PMT_000011 : ubiemea, en_GB, There is money to authorize, But no Aurthorize delegated were applicable, 15086722823

For me, it's been The Settlers: 7, and a general "payment authorization failed" error.

I've been trying to buy a copy or two since the sale started. The ubishop wont accept 2 different credit cards, a Paypal account, and even rejects bpay.
I have attempted to place the order using a different IP address, using a different Uplay account, on another computer, and on another browser, but nothing works.

I have support ticket going, but it looks like there will be zero progress at this point.
