    Error runtime

    Hola vereis llevo una semana con este error:



    He probado a borrar desde panel de control todos los microsoft visual c++ que hay y volver a intalarlos, pero nada.
    He actualizado todos los drivers del pc y nada.
    He desinstalado el juego y vuelto a instalar y nada.
    El juego y el uplay estan actualizados al maximo y nada.
    Por descontado el juego es original, sin el DLC instalado.

    uso win 7 ultimate y este es el unico juego que me da error, ni el battlefield3, ni el CoD BO, MW3, ni el resto de Heroes anteriores fallan.

    Not saying it will solve the problem, but download and install this please:

    I had a similar error with a certain adventure game where reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft's site helped.
    Make sure you install x86 version (game is 32-bit).

    Muchas gracias por tu respuesta pero no a funcionado, es raro por que ni si quiera carga los datos de la nube, siempre se quedan a 0%.
    En el servicio tecnico de ubisoft me han dicho que actualize c++ pese a que les dije que ya les tenia actualizados, al borrarles me baje de nuevo todos desde la pagina de microsoft y si no funciona me dicen que contacte con microsoft.
    Ya no se que hacer para solucionar el problema.

    Sorry man I really don't know what to suggest more as from the screenshot it's evident that Heroes6 do start (splashscreen), but then crash to desktop before or upon getting to intro movies.

    Win 7 ultimate, is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Do you have Heroes VI Steam version, UBI download version, or DVD box?
    Also, what videocard model/brand? What driver version for it?
    Is the Heroes VI game fully updated, i.e. to version 1.5.2?
    What do you mean by "took a week" - did run click the game icon, and it only started AFTER ONE WEEK?
    Did the Heroes VI game work fine before on your PC, ever?

    Vereis estos son los datos que me pedis entre los dos:

    El fallo del juego es justo cuando se pone a revisar el contenido en la nuve, esta no pasa del 0% y antes incluso de cargar el juego me tira el error, solo sale los que aparece en la captura, no empieza ni a cargar.
    Mi win 7 es el de 64 bit
    Mi heroes 6 lo compre en formato fisico dvd y me lo instalo junto a uplay.
    Mi grafica es un ATI Radeon HD 6870
    Mi heroes 6 esta actualizado 100% hasta el ultimo parche a dia de hoy.
    El juego me a funcionado bien siempre, antes de dejar de funcionar termine la campaña orcos, cerre bien el juego y el pc y al dia siguiente me solto el error.
    Lo de "took" a sido un error de traduccion de google, quise decir: "Hola, vereis llevo una semana con este error"
