Bug Report: Waiting on Pills to Upgrade | Forums

Hi,

I upgraded a body pill (from Level 1 to Level 2) and was waiting on the timer to finish countdown (it was still in excess of three hours). However, during that time, I sent a patient to the pharmacy, and they were prescribed three pills instead of the usual four (as would be the case if the pill was already at Level 2).

It seemed to have the same response with some chemical pills which are also being upgraded from Level 1 to Level 2, and the countdown timer has also not expired.

I attempted it a second time with the Chemical pills, however, it reverts to the original 4 required. (Still waiting on the countdown timer to expire).

This sounds like it could be a bug or glitch within your game. Would you mind submitting a ticket to Support so they can look into this for you?

Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category.
