I bought the H.A.W.X 2 on Uplay and everytime I attempt to download the game I constantly get the message download failed with a button underneath saying try again. There is no download time meter or any information coming up when I try to download the game. If the problem can not be fixed Ubisoft I want my money back.

You will need to contact your region's support and they will be able to walk you through troubleshooting the download issue you are having.
