    It looks like we input the serial key into the Uplay client.

    Thank god I took down the serial key. It wasn't in the email confirmation of payment I received and I'm not sure how to bring up that order confirmation page again.

    The problem with this is that I do not have such a "Go to game" button in my uPlay client.

    If it didn't add itself to uPlay 2 from the checkout then you need to download the game from your order confirmation screen or email and install it from that. It will then add itself to uPlay 2, at which point you can enter the cd key.

    I do not know from when that method is, but the thing is Ubisoft should get their game together. They are a multibillion company, but all of this seems like a work of amatuers. Out of date information and games that do not show up, pluss nonexistant customer support makes me turn around and go back to Steam and Origin.

    I haven`t recieved any e-mails besides the one from paypal, and yes, I have registered the correct e-mail.

    indeed - it should sort it's self out when you have downloaded and installed the game.

    The problem is the order confirmation tells me to download it from uplay.

    I sent in a support ticket but it may take awhile for them to respond, lets see if this helps.

    EDIT: After more than 4 hours I got my purchase confirmation and games showed up in uPlay client. My guess is that the recently launched uPlay service is still in it`s infancy and servers just can`t keep up with the huge demand for cheap games.

    I have the same problem. My order confirmation email had no serial keys but I used the order number to find the order details page and the serials were there (next to a message saying that the serials should be in my order confirmation email -_-). There is no download link in the order details page, just a message telling me to download from the uplay client but the games don't appear on my account.

    Same here, just got the email. They better upgrade the hamsters they use to power their Uplay server.
