Uplay not showing games bought from Ubisoft Store | Forums

The game I bought was HAWX 2, roughly 3 hours ago. Yet it's still not showing up under the "Games" tab in the Uplay client.

Is this normal? Will it only show up after I've downloaded the game and linked it to my account with the serial key I received in the order confirmation e-mail?

I also didn't buy the game though the Uplay client, I did it through my web browser (Chrome). The accounts I used were the same though, and when I try and go through the checkout in the Uplay client just to test things out, it still remembers all of the address information I entered into the web browser when I made the purchase.

Same problem here , just got From Dust, it doesn't show up. ---- Correction, only took about 20 minutes to update. Better than Origin -- Still not Steam though

Did you buy it through the Uplay client or in your web browser?

I think this happens if you have disabled the uPlay plugin. It then seems to give you the old method of downloading.
This based upon the fact I had the plugin enabled for yesterdays HAWX2 and didn't for todays From Dust after going through the motions of demonstrating how to disable it for someone!

On first run of the version downloaded using the old downloader, it adds itself to uPlay 2

Thanks for the info. I completely forgot that I disabled the plug-in during all of that security drama a few weeks back.

Bought the three discounted AC games about an hour ago, still not showing up. I took a screenshot with serial keys though. Any suggestions?

I've also just bought From Dust via the browser store on my work computer which does not have the Uplay client/plugin installed. Luckily I took a copy of the serial keys before closing the page.
How do I go about downloading this on my home PC? (which has Uplay installed)

Maby we can download the games through other sources like torrents and use the CD-keys then? It seems that uPlay doesn`t function as it`s meant to and I can`t find any links for live support, just the standard FAQs that doesn`t help.

I also bought From Dust, and it seems I have the uplay plugin installed, so I don't understand why it isn't showing an hour after I bought it...
I hope they fix all this.

This all uPlay thing seems to be rushed far too soon, I can find my order and cd-keys in their system by using order finder but there is no e-mail confirming my purchase nor there are any games in my uPlay client Games tab. Have anyone heard of this problem from Ubisoft officials?
