    Good fret hand workout

After having an event with STP: Vasoline, I must say...danm...what a workout on a full scale bass.
Was definitely feeling the muscle burn after that one.
Just play through it once a day, and you will build up a lot of strength.

Oh yeah ... It is also pretty tough on a short scale... But I had lots of practice on guitar prior to that.

Try Panic Switch. I had to stop and take a break about halfway through.

yeah, panic switch is a good one. That and Vasoline is a great way to build up my pinky strength and to work on stretching my reach.
