Might & Magic Heroes VI Deluxe Ed?

I purchased the Might & Magic Heroes VI Deluxe Edition from Gamersgate.com during their summer sale. It was half off. Downloaded and tried to install it. I noticed during the installation that the menu said nothing about it being the Deluxe Edition. Also there was no soundtrack folder created. Now I am at the screen that requires the access keycode and the serial key. I am pretty sure that once I've supplied those I'll be stuck with what seems to me to be the regular Might & Magic Heroes VI game.

Can anyone out there verify that the Might & Magic Heroes VI Deluxe Edition install menu has something indicating that it is the Deluxe Edition or does it look just like the normal Might & Magic Heroes VI install menu?

I bought my Heroes6 on steam, also deluxe edition. All I can tell you that during installation it looked as an ordinary, and also in the steam library it's listed without "deluxe edition" suffix.
But I knew it's still deluxe edition since I saw I have skirmish bonus map (Custom-Scenario-Heart of Darkness) and got Staff of Asha dynasty weapon in the game.

If you see the scenario Heart of Darkness, and the Staff of Asha, yes u got the digital deluxe. on your purchase page u will get download link for the soundrack. Remember - may work for a short time so if u were too late, then u may missed soundrack

and a important thing - KEEP A BACKUP OF THE DOWNLOADED INSTALLATION FILES. There is a 30-day period to reload it. after this u have to PAY to redownload the game u have purchased legally

Since when you have to pay for redownload?

IIRC all you have to do is install uplay from uplay.com, run it and then login - you can install the game you own from there without paying anything. Of course that the steam local backup is a better solution, but you won't be able to use that if the HDD just broke winds and you had to buy another one.

Also you get the soundtrack within the installation folder, no separate download link is needed. On my PC it's here:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\might and magic heroes vi\MMH6_soundtrack

I am pretty sure many other people have mentioned NOT being able to download the game again, after some days pass, and for the UBI (non-Steam) version.
So, I assume it is still valid, unless UBI changed that policy.
Obviously, this is not a problem with the Steam version, as Steam allows you to re-download as many times (and whenever) as you wish.

My Russian game though has no such issue. Even though it it also non-Steam, they allow me to re-download (from a torrent) as many times as I wish.
(The torrent contains an ISO file you can burn to disk or mount via DVD image software - UltraISO, Daemon Tools/etc.)

Dunno what exactly other people mentioend or ment, but we have a recent post from support on this forum:

    1) To find the download for the Uplay PC Client you will need to go to http://uplay.com/

    2) Once at the site you will see the orange download option in the upper right corner. It will say Download Uplay PC.

    3) Once the Client is downloaded and installed it will ask you to log in with your Uplay account. Now that you are logged in to the account that you activated the game on you will see an option to redownload your game.
No matter where the game was purchased, it has to be activated on uPlay. Which means you can always (re)download and (re)install it from uPlay.

@hmmfan The download looks the same for both. You can check for your soundtrack on "my shelf" at gamersgate. I also purchased the deluxe ed. from there and the soundtrack and other extras are downloaded separately.
