    Angry Driver - Choppy / Stuttering Graphics then Drop to Menu

    Driver gets very choppy randomly, which makes it unplayable. Sometimes it even drops back to the menu.

    I have read the other posts on this exact issue, and I have yet to see a solution from UBI / Uplay. I have the latest update, and all drivers are updated as well. I have tried blocking uplay with the firewall, unplugging the CAT6 cable (which screws up steam as well), and I have tried messing with vsync. Another user pointed out that vsync reverts back to enabled, which also happens for me.

    Come on UBI/Uplay, what is the FIX!
