Game is impossibly slow
The game is moving extremely slow. Actually, it's so slow that I can't even play it. It took 10 minutes to load it up and when I tried to bring up "Friend Interactions", the game froze in a permanent loading screen. I actually had to ctrl+alt+delete in order to get out of it. The game is now unplayable. It takes 5-10 minutes to load up any minigame so impossible to make budget to pass cases. My achievement still hasn't been unlocked for getting the 12th clinic chair open and I'm tired of switching back and forth from game support to forum support. I can't accept or request friend requests because the game is too slow. And now the game is unplayable because it freezes. And it's not just with one computer. I have a computer that I spent $1400 on, customizing it to be able to play any game on the market now on ultra-high settings and I've tried it on IE (the worst as far as loading), Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. And last but not least, the 'free' spins don't work for me. Every time I log into the game, it asks me if I want to buy another spin for 2 credits. It has never, since the day it was installed, gave me a free spin. The only spin I ever got on it, I had to pay 2 house credits for and it gave me 1 credit back for landing on that part of the wheel.
I don't see any reason to continue playing House M.D. The game is officially unplayable.

Yes new lag to me also, never had it before Level 83 (or with any other game). It really is a pain because I am @ trying to earn 1400$ with a lag that = about 40$ per mini game (before if I was good I could earn 100$) . That will take a long time and I am bored playing 2 mini games. Exp after the double budget was taken from us

I know you have experienced a few issues with the game and hate to see you go. I'm also aware you were waiting on a resolution from the Development Team and wish their was more we can do. The feedback has already been brought to the developers attention and thank you for that.
Jennifer, have you been able to connect with support? I have a few suggestion, if they don't work, please contact them in case they can offer you another suggestion.

Refresh your web page (Press the F5 Key within any given browser).
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed

Please make sure you are logged into you Uplay/Facebook Account. Under Platform and Title, select “Facebook/Web Games” and in the same dropdown you will see “House” and then select your category
