I must be in the right queue. Started Rocksmith and was pushed down the update, upon restart, it tells me its going to update my cloud-based storage (no longer compatible with the old format) and shows me the new Bass option. cheers

Fired it up out of curiosity and it downloaded an 18 MB update. After restart I could choose Guitar or Bass. I chose Bass and it said I needed the Bass Expansion to play w/ a bass rather than guitar. I chose download Bass Expansion and am now about 1/3 done with downloading a 1.2 GB "Bass Expansion"? Can't be the real deal right? I'm confused but I guess I'll know what it's all about in a few minutes?
I got it too.
18MB Update.. fired 'er up and it's asking if I want to use Guitar or Bass.
When you select 'Bass' it asks if you'd like to download the expansion. If you choose guitar, you are not asked to download it and can just go about your day, rocking.
It's 1.20GB. So, be prepared for that.

The store has the improvements that were shown earlier. It's a lot easier to navigate.
It looks like the only way to view the songs is in alphabetical order by track title.

Alright, I guess the real question is... does the leveler "bug" (I'd rather call it feature, since you should be able to select any mastery level you want afer you reach a certain level of proficiency) still works?

just checked with xbox and no patch for me yet. maybe because I am not using the cloud. Well that rocks to see speed control
