The Forgotten Sands: Uplay syncronization problem

    Hello!

I'm sorry, if someone already asked this problem, I didn't find it. :/ So, I have a problem with the Uplay actions. If I play with the Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, and I arrived e.g. to the first action (Memories of Azad), I should have get that achievement, but instead I got nothing! I have already completed the game, and I didn't get any of these actions, even if I should have get all of them. I can't remember, how many times I played with the game from the beginning 'til that point where should I have to got the Memories of Azad, and nothing. :/ I don't know, what could be the problem, please write some alternatives, because I don't have any idea, how could I solve this problem. (And sorry for my bad English. )

Hi, this is a known error http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...PC-Known-issue

Uplay PC asks me to download a game which is already on my computer.
This can happen when the game was not installed properly and the registry key is missing, for example if the game files were copied directly without using the game installer. Reinstalling the game via the Uplay client usually fixes the issue.

I get an error message when clicking on the game in my Games tab.
If the game was not uninstalled properly, for example by simply deleting the files, some registry keys might still be present on your computer which leads the PC client to believe the game is installed though files are missing. Try re-installing the game from the original DVD or executable to fix this issue.

You can also contact Technical Support, the link is in my signature.
