Got a key today, downloaded the launcher (only 1.9kb?) and tried ti start it:

I also had problems during the installation. Try to delete the 2.0 folder on you profile.

You can find the 2.0 folder here: %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Apps\

Just delete it reboot and try to install it again.

Hi,

no there is not such a folder

I did the following steps after getting the key with the mail:

-clicked on the link in the mail it took me to the web site
-clicked on "access the beta now"
-logged in into my uplay account
-they asked for the key they sent me
- a download button appears, downloaded the file and saved it on my dektop (1,87 KB (1.917 Bytes))
-clicked on it (it starts with the Application Deployment Support Library)
-the message I posted appears

I am using windows XP

Sorry this folder path was for win7.
Try this one "C:\Documents and Settings\username\LocalSettings\Apps\2.0\", if you cant see the localsettings folder you have to change the view for folders in the control panel.
