    Thumbs up constant reload loop!again??

    im sorry but i have had nothing but problems since day one with this game there are so many things wrong with it. either it doesnt load or keeps refreshing and reloading without even letting me play or i cannot access my neighbor's farms. im through maybe by the time i wanna play another horse game this will be playable. im sorry but its just too much of a headache.

    I can't get in either. It started off just looping. Then it says "We are upgrading the system". It has for almost 24 hours now. =( Disappointed. You would think Ubisoft would have their stuff together

    This is an older post, but just in case you don't know. The game was down for a week while we were upgrading the system. It's been available for a while as of now. If you're still having any problems, please contact our customer support http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answ...st/p/2070,2454 by clicking "Ask a question" to get a solution on your account specifically. Make sure you are logged in the right Facebook or Uplay account and that you choose the correct game in the scroll down menu before you send
