    Question Help with two Splinter Cell Conviction / uplay issues.

    Hello ubisoft and community.,

    I just want to start off and apologize for my bad english and to the fact i`am writing this thread on my phone while in work break and only have enough internet credit to post this and not enough to search forums for the problems or topics if they already been mentioned.

    My first problem I appear to be having uplay cloud saving issues with my account and copy of scc for the past 2 weeks now where it keeps asking to overwrite my saves thus has some how stored an weird save version online that doesn't store my current game saves correctly. because of this i have lost 2 years worth work and fun along with my pecs and wep upgrades. e.t.c
    At first i didn't mind the fact my old save copy kept online was wiped clean it leaving a blank slate with no pecs completed e.t.c .. but straightly it didn't wipe my single player levels completed list just my armour purchased / weps perks / and pecs e.t.c I kinda kept quite about this due i thought it would be fixed or something .. but no luck.

    Which brings me to another issue/problem I noticed when I visited the http://www.splintercell.com/match to check my online stats and such .. some awesome reason the page display my stats " overveiw "for the past 2 years e.t.c has been altered saying i have less kills and playing time and current online rank position in the world of scc has been reduced.. the other intresting issued i noticed is that if i check my online career in the stages co-op / hunter modes e.t.c et.c it will say i killed 8000 plus e.t.c here and there e.t.c but the main overview page with total says i only killed like 1700 and low playtime and rank postion. I am totaly .. not happy over this .. for the record I havent cheated or hopefully done nothing to warren this alteration.. but i got a feeling its gots something to do with my savegame issue..

    I`am sorry if i`am rambled on .. but yea .. any help with this would really nice thanks .

    Hi, the cloud save issue is a known issue, here is the workaround http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...=1#post8512364

    For the issue with your stats I suggest you contact technical support, the link is in my signature.

    Thank you for your response and help , from the link given about the cloud save issue and temp solution seems everyone's is being semi effected as well from this a little. I hope this mess gets sorted soon.
