I am at lvl 7 n unlocked at lvl 6 a different head n can't figure out how 2 equip it.ive gone 2 the load out screen n it won't show up.help?

Click on characters, go to the class which you unlocked the head skin on, click appearance (not load out). Chances are you did not unlock a different head, but a different colour camoflauge for the head you have already got, click on one of the heads you already have and move right and left to see the different colours.

It's a skin you unlocked not an actual head I think the first is around level 16
