In this house, we do not compare Ghost Recon with any other crap out there.
I have no problem running in knowing I'm going to die as long as I take out the person trying to cap the objective. Too many people try and sneak up because they're worried about being killed, most tof the time those sneaking about don't ever stop the cap anyway
This is how it looks like when the half of the team sits on the bridge and doesn't bend a finger to go to the objective (:.

It all depends.....people who are good at sniping can really help the team. I have one guy on my friends list who plays as a sniper, but also runs around and leads the team in xp most matches. He really helps out when he gets to snipe an opponent who is suppressing one of his teammates.
On the other hand, I've had a team on Overpass where we had one guy sniping. The other team had one or two snipers and they kept on watching our spawn, trying to not let us out. The sniper on my team that one match went 1 kill and 10 deaths. I was obviously frustrated with him, since he was the only other player in my squad, forcing me to always spawn back at the bridge. Needless to say, we got crushed that game.
Yeah, unlike this one guy that was watching the street and took 20 seconds to acquire his target, an enemy rifleman standing still in broad daylight that shot me in the back whilst I was at the objective. If people are going to snipe, do it properly, kill enemies to help the team, not for personal glory.
I think you also mean 'Fireteam', Fireteam is either Alpha or Bravo, with 3 members in each, the Squad is the 6 man team.
