An interesting thought about Prince of persia SOT, and The Forgotten Sands.

We all know in the first game you find a secret location for your life upgrades yes? There is a neat little fountain that you get it from.

Well, in the forgotten sands, we end up finding the same place, BUT it has an actual plot behind it. So I thought it was interesting that maybe Djinn were lurking about in SOT to!

Do you think they had a purpose in SOT beside giving us a health boost?

There were no Djinn's in SOT's story, back in the early 2000's when they were developing it, they didn't think about Razia, they just came up with a cool way of upgrading health.

You don't think they might have been using the Djinn thing to retroactively explain an unexplained part of Sands of Time? I know they didn't think of it that way then, but what if they decided to link the two together with this? Games do that sometimes. I haven't seen it though, so I can't compare the two.

Oh god. XD That reminds me of my stupidity playing Sands of Time. My first time through, I somehow failed to notice that the first upgrade increased my health. (Yes, even with the Prince saying all that stuff about feeling stronger.) Then when I found the second one, he said "I feel like I've been here before." and I said "**** it! I went the wrong way!" XD XD

Either way, if he really says that, I guess it's pretty likely that it IS connected.

That's exactly what I did too

    @ Darius
Yeah he says that, and Ubi obviously tried to connect TFS to SOT with that, but my point is that they didn't have any Djinn's in mind back in 2002

Im aware that they probably did not think of any back then. But it would be cool to find out why the Djinn were at the Sultans palace...
