I did finish all campaigns on hard difficult almost without any problems (except some small bugs). When i start play scrimish i got ALOT ALOT ALOT of crashes and therefor - closing game loosing saves and my time. Why you guys cant fix this so long?Same thing was before 1.5 patch and same after......

I think they don't know how to fix this Maybe they don't want to fix this problem, because a lot of guys was already buy this game (Ubi Soft != Blizzard).
p.s. Crashing for 3-5 times in hour it's terrible...

if this were a console game ubisoft would be headline news
and these days consoles are just computers with less buttons.

You might want to consider that there may be things that is not actually the games fault that is causing the crashes. I know one time it was actually my anti-virus that caused problems for a game of mine, another time I had problems with my harddrive causing problems, a third time it was old audio drivers, faulty RAM... well, the list goes on. Just make sure to test some stuff on your computer as well, the problem might just be something else this time

EDIT: I'm not saying the game doesn't have faults, but it might also be something else causing it.

Riddle me this! I have now played the first part of campaigns Necro, Inferno and Haven, however the next senario always crashes! Its not my computer

Well what is the point to make a ticket?. Don't you test your game yourself or by testers ????They guy that suggest that this crashes can be from any hardware/software problems - dude i did say it on first post i got hunderts of hours playing to finish ALL campaigns on hard difficulty nearly without any problems. But on scrimish after you click END TURN game just crash without any explanations. I did not change any hardware or software on my PC so.....

SUGGESTION for game developers and other teams that make HMM - easiest way to fix this annoying problems is to make auto-send report for this crashes so you can get every possible feedback from people that play this game.

Contacting technical support as well as diagnosing issues also allows them to see how many this is affecting, which goes towards making patches.
