Lightbulb OCP - Bring it back!

IMO the OCP, introduced in SCCT was a fantastic gadget. It provided a method to temporarily shut off electronics without causing the fuss a pistol round would.

Since SCB is focusing on introducing "ghosting" back as a viable playstyle, I thought it would only be fair to have the OCP back in for those uber stealthy - no trace infiltration playstyles.

Besides, think of the distraction and AI Mind-**** potential!

    1. Fantastic idea Shobhit. I want that back
    2. How can we supply light bulbs, if we are looking for a way to shut them?

Sam : Tell me about the meeting.
Merc : The meeting? Why do you want to know about the meeting?
Sam : that's not the way it works. I ask you a question, and you give me an answer that prevents me from breaking your neck.

I would love to have the OCP back

.. and also the Hacking via Wi-Fi as well.
Variable speed gives more control over your walk/sneak which in turn gives your animations a personal touch and increases re-playability. It is also tied directly into the AI sound system.
Analogue controllers where created to give you more control over your character and the Developers have a responsibility to use it.
For me it's a no buy without it.

People might not like this but in it's original form it's a bit to easy I think. The usage of the OCP could depend on a battery or something.

Too easy? In deployment? or because of the rechargeable battery?

TBH Andre....looking to make everything "Challenging" is annoying. Walking is too easy....running is too easy....holding the pistol is too easy.

this micro difficulty is pointless and not really challenging IMO

TBH I want it back, though I am not sure if they will bring it back.

A substitute I thought of is the Portable EMP, but the reaction to it should be like the reaction to the OCP.

Because it's rechargeable. I am not saying, I don't like it in it's original form but I understood the people who complained about this feature in the past. People would just use the OCP the whole time because it's always there and they wouldn't try to be a bit creative and different in distracting enemies. Don't get me wrong I like the OCP, I use it too.

I think the old gen DA version had an OCP that couldn't distract every light. Lights which were covered with a special shell couldn't be distracted. That could be also a way how the developers could encourage you to use different tactics. The battery was just one suggestion.

Just as I thought, people might not like this.
The bold thing, that's why we had variable speed and the sound system.
