I came here FIRST time to these forums for some reasons.

Firstly, I want to thank Ubisoft for continually creating Prince of Persia games, because I'm following this legendary series of games since Prince of Persia I Classic Platform created by Jordan Mechner himself. I'm ALWAYS playing Prince of Persia ONLY in PC. Whatever created firstly in PC or console, it shall be stick in PC or console, not to another platform or vice versa.

Secondly and last, I'm disappointed to hear that you want to bring Thief 4 FIRSTLY to consoles, even through you created these epic stealth games named Thief 1 to 3 solely for PC.

According with the series of rumours of OXM UK magazine, Thief 4 will be released finally in the new consoles(XBOX 720-Durango and PS4), however, it's under development up to 4 years from Ubisoft Montreal, the creators of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The root was crossed as confirmed by CVG, and there the release date of this game is about to fall with those of the new consoles from Sony and Microsoft.

Either way, the development of Thief 4 doesn't seem to be the least best, since some team members resigned from their positions, while the change plans about the formats in which it will be appearing demands the transfering to the new graphic machine or upgraded compared to the current.

If the rumour are true, then I'm disappointed with you. You guys used to be PC fanboys, just like the respected CDProjekt, creators of The Witcher series, but now in my eyes you're console fanboys and you're trying to diss us PC users, who respect these games(Prince of Persia and Thief) since their first time release date and have played them ONLY in PC.

I only want to ask that you STOP the PC port. Everyone HATES the PC port. Everyone wants the game to be at its greatest glory, NOT to be limited with the consoles' requirements. At least start thinking what the gamer wants, NOT the money!

With the above, all I ask that you create Thief 4 to being created for PC(NOT as PC port, but only as of how you create the games for the consoles). And one last request. I want this game to be in Uplay, but NOT with Microsoft's Games For Windows Live(GFWL) system.

Perhaps you should post this at http://forums.eidosgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=268 which is the official Eidos / Square Enix forum for Thief. It's not an Ubisoft game and your objections and suggestions are wasted here.

Edit: On further checking it seems that both Eidos / Square Enix and Ubisoft have studios in Montreal, perhaps that's where the confusion arose. Certainly both Thief and Deus Ex are Eidos products, not Ubisoft. In fact on checking back on the source you have linked, they have also corrected their article to refer to Eidos.
