Problem starting Driver San Francisco. | Forums

I brought Driver San Francisco today, before I could play I I had to create a uplay account (something I now wholeheartedly regret)
After installing the game, and entering the CD key, I click on "play" and nothing happens... I just get taken straight to the 'After Game Report' without the game actually starting. Is there any reason this could be happening? because paying £20 for a game I can't eeven play is rather infuraiting.

By the way, I purchased the game on Steam.

maybe try disabling syncing game saves with cloud? (in uplay settings).
if nothing works try contacting support...
