But for some reason ive been shooting scouts and they survive 2 headshots? Same gun and ammo but they live?

I have noticed this too. I'm having a lot of problems with headshots being detected on scouts, ESPECIALLY when they are in camo. I wonder if there is a glitch somewhere there. It's gotten real aggravating.

Hmm. I wonder if it has to do with the camo disengaging when the person gets shot? Maybe it doesnt register that first shot because of the camo going off? Sounds like it could be glitchy. I dont want to start rumors though so dont hold me to that lol.

I tried sniping for a bit and it was just aggravating. Most of my first shots didn't get hit markers but I saw a bit of blood splatter on the enemy meaning that I hit him. Then, it would take 2 more shots to kill because the first shot didn't count. Sniping with the TAR is better than sniping with a sniper rifle in my opinion.

It feels like the only way you can kill someone with a sniper rifle is with Exacto ammo x_x

I love my shotty even with its limited amount of ammo.
It would be used way to much IMO if it had more ammo, I feel that Ubisoft got the balance right on this weapon.
When I run out of ammo I just look for a swap from one of the dead guys I just wasted.
Ammo box's are my best friend.

I have never even shot the sniper rifles however IMO a 50 Cal. should be a one shot (above the waist) one kill always.
