ACR - Lost Archive download via Ubi Shop | Forums

Hey,

I just ordered the Lost Archive DLC from Ubi Shop and got a link to download the DLC through Digital River,
I downloaded it 5 times with a horrible speed of 50 KB/S (hotel internet) without knowing that after 5 downloads I would get blocked from the server,
Now I'm left without the file and access to download it.
I sent a question to Ubisoft support but I doubt they will give me a new link to download the DLC.

What's there to do now, aside from purchasing the DLC again?

Hi, Ubisoft Support can take up to 48 hours to answer if after 48 hours your issue has not been solved please PM a member of support or a Forum Manager your ticket number so we can take a look.

I don't know about the lost archive because I don't have it but for the rest of the dlc's the only available download was for pdf instructions on how to activate and stuff like that. They must have also given you a code to enter in the "extras" section on the game's main menu. try it
