I currently own 1 ubisoft title which is assassins creed revelations and I would like to know if I have up to date programs.
I currently have patch 2.0.4 of uplay fixing the browser plugins but I have version 1.0.0.0 of the ubisoft game launcher...I would like to know if that is the most up to date game launcher as it is the one that came along with the installation of AC:R. I would also like to know if you need the program "punkbuster services" if you aren't going to be playing online and if I need to update it regularly if I don't plan on playing online but just story mode. Last but not least what is Microsoft c++ 2008 redistributable package and why was it installed with my assassins creed game? I was just wondering because it is relatively small (500kb) and I thought it might be a virus or something. Thank you for reading my post, have a nice day, and any replies are greatly appreciated.
