I have beat AC:R without recruiting anyone. Now that im taking over all of the dens i want the special ability that you get with recruiting 6 people. But there are no recruits to be seen on the map. Only one pops up when one of my asssassins die. It is an inconvinience and was wandering if it is a bug or if your team put it there. If it is a bug can you tell me how to fix it thank you.
