I am assuming that your computer takes a while to load them?
I never saw an option nor am aware of any config file on my PC where you can turn off any kind of ingame cutscenes (not intros! those IIRC you remove by deleting).

You could check ProfileData xml file located in Documents/Might & Magic Heroes VI. There might be some hidden setting to turn off those, just like you can set adv_ConversionScene and combat_BattleCam to false to turn off those.

there is a way:P you can turn off luck cutscenes, town and fort conversion, and the best of all the annoying "press any key to continue" in the load screens!! i will post them if asked
implement the new content into the game

go to C-users-yourusername-my documents-might & magic heroes VI-yoursuername-profile data
open the Profile Data with the writing pad and replace those command with these :
<LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>false</LoadingscreenWaitForKeypress>
<adv_ConversionScene>false</adv_ConversionScene>
<combat_BattleCam>false</combat_BattleCam>
if you haven't guessed those three commands set to false will :
negate the "press any key to continue" in the loading screen
town and fort conversion will be done without the scene
lucky strikes in combat will not show a cutscene
implement the new content into the game
