If you are on a network(LAN), please make sure that the game knows
which IP address must be used. Most games have an IP selection tool in
the options menu. Also, make sure that ubi.com is set to External IP
adress (In the general options on ubi.com).

- If you have a router in your home network, please make sure that you
have the latest firmware installed for that device. Your router
manufacurer should be able to help you complete this update.

In ubi.com, to change between IP addresses, you need to open the Lobby
then go into Options then General Settings. Under 'ubi.com settings',
you will be able to choose between Internal and External IP address.

Internal: To play on LAN
External: To play on Internet

- In addition, the following ports will need to be open in your router
or any firewalll software you may be running:

TCP 80: Usual Web Port
TCP 6667: Usual Chat Port
TCP 40000-42999: Required Port for ubi.com
UDP 44000, 41005, 41006, 45000, 45001 outbound for ubi.com

Ghost Recon / Rainbow Six / Rogue Spear/Sum of All Fears: 2346, 2347,
2348 by default, but it is modifiable.
IL2-Sturmovik: 21000 by default, but modifiable.
Conquest: 2300-2400 & 47624 (please visit

Chessmaster 9000: 2302, 2400 and UPD port 6073
Raven Shield: 7777 thru 7787, 8777 thru 8787 and 9777
Warlords: Battlecry II: 2300-2400 & 47624
XIII: UDP 8312-8332 outbound, 7777 and 7099 (7778 for demo) inbound and
outbound

To avoid getting "no connection" type error messages, please make sure
that all of the required ubi.com ports and the ports for your specific
game(s) are open and forewarding correctly. If you are unsure of how
ports work then best course of action would be to contact your system
administrator or ISP for more information.
