    Lightbulb R.U.S.E -The Great War(WW1)

This is a message for ubisoft.Ubisoft has already shown impeccably the Battles and Heroes of the second world war , I think it's time for the first .
    NATIONS :
    German Empire
    Ottoman Turkey
    British Empire
    France
    Serbia
    Russian Empire
    Austro-Hungarian Empire
    Serbia(DLC)
    Japan
    Italy
    Bulgaria
    USA
    TECHNOLOGICAL ERAS
1914 Era(Basic Units and Structures e.g. Infantry, Cavalry, and Light Artillery ,and light planes)(early anitaircraft guns )
1916 Era(More Advanced Units e.g Infantry,Gas Artillery, Very Basic Tanks(British Mk.IV), ( light and early advanced Planes more advanced )
1918 Era(Very Advanced Units e.g Elite Infantry(Sturmtruppen-Germans)(Amazones -Russians) Heavy and Gas Artillery, Heavy Tanks(A7Vs Germans ), and advanced planes.(Sopwiths and Fokkers) and not to mention Tri planes and other advanced planes .)
    CAMPAIGN
To deviate ffrom the original RUSE the player will chose a campaign for the beligerent he or she chooses following the major battles of the nation of choice (Gallipoli,Cambrai,Somme, and Meuse -Argonne)Each campaign will have it's unique style such as Japan attacking Germans in Asia or Austrians and Italians attacking each other in and near the swiss alps . Campaigns will have their hosts of historical appreances such as in the German campaign you will meet Hinddenberg and Ludderndorf or on The U.S you will meet Pershing .
    PLAYSTYLE
Ubisoft can deal with most of the playstyle but I was thinking a player can dig trenches and pillboxes and trenches(trenchs will provide the same bonuses as forests of city squares in the original R.U.S.E other than being hidden ), build airfields with Sopwith Camels, The Albatros upgrading to the Fokker Dr1 and other famous planes.Calvary would probably be in Barracks .And another thing I thought of is that say an enemy unit is routed if one of your friendly units is near by and close enough you can capture it an example could be a German Stumtruppen captuirng a British Mk.IV . The German Morser will also make it's triumphant return in German artilery bases . Same thing with the french Canon GPF and Canon 75mm .The Hiddenberg and Maginot lines wil be the foremost selection of bunkers .

Is this just your idea or did someone not tell me they're making a new RUSE game? That seems like a lot of countries. I would downsize it a little. German Empire, British Empire, France, Russian Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Italy, and USA are essential but I think the rest is pushing it a little. The Ottoman Empire would be the next one but that should be in a DLC. Japan, Bulgaria, and Serbia aren't as large as the other countries so perhaps they're not needed but I'd love to see them. I think I wrote a very similar thread to this a little less than a year ago. I'd love to see more diversity in infantry. They should have riflemen, machine-gun team, sniper team, cavalry, recon infantry, and an assault team for classes of infantry. Riflemen be for any sort of anti-infantry purpose whether it's offensive or defensive. Machine-gun teams would be for dug-in defenses specifically trenches. Sniper teams would be for taking out artillery and other infantry operated units from a distance while unseen. Cavalry would be fast moving units used for harassing supply lines but still could capture buildings like other infantry. Recon infantry would be recon units that have low firepower. Assault teams would be for offensive with grenades and close quarter, trench sweeping weapons. Like you mentioned, you should be able to dig trenches like bunkers in the original RUSE. Just send engineers from your HQ and dig a network that you can draw out. The cost would be, for example, $5 per 100 meters of trench you draw out. Trenches would work like town squares where you cannot see the units inside without air recon but you should be able to see the trench like you would a building. It could have health like normal building and be captured by the enemy but only if the enemy defeats every unit in the trench and captures it. I think we'd see some ruses where players would build trenches but not put any infantry there just to make the enemy think there are men there. What factories do you think it should have? I think they should have: *A barracks for all infantry/cavalry units. It would be the most essential factory and have many units to choose from. *A vehicle factory for armored cars and later tanks. *An artillery factory that would have every type of artillery. This would probably be second most essential because the fixed infantry in the trenches need to be "pounded" out. *An airfield for all planes, bombers, and blimps. The bombers wouldn't be as effective as in the original RUSE but still have uses but the recon would be extremely effective for seeing what units are in the trenches. *A anti tank and air factory which has anti-air guns and anti-tank guns. *Maybe a prototype base like in RUSE but I'm not really liking that idea. I'm not sure what we could put in it to be honest. *Maybe a harbour for vessels but I don't think that would work in the same scale as RUSE is using. A battleship and a tank would both be single units even though one has a crew of 3 men and the other 1,500. They should also add railroads and trains to transport supplies from the supply depot. Maybe there should also be railguns but those might to too large for the scale. Having gas artillery would be very interesting. It would make a gas cloud where the shell lands and if infantry stay in that cloud too long, they start dying off. It would be most effective in trenches or town squares. (town squares may be too cruel though) Another great idea you had is the ability to capture routed units. It would be like capturing buildings. Only infantry can do it and they have to walk all the way to the routing unit to capture it. The routing unit may stop routing and then fire at you when your men get very close. This would make for great tactical play. Those 3 eras of technology are great and span every 2 years rather than 3 in the normal RUSE.

No way, I would much prefer a 1960's ruse which fast MBT WW1 would not work.
