Splinter Cell Conviction Game Stop download Binkw32.dll error

I purchased Splinter Cell Conviction from Game Stop that was bundled with Ghost Recon Future Soldier. I have loaded GS's app and downloaded the game fine then it patched up. When I click play it takes me to Uplay and asks me to long in. I do so then when I click play I get an error and it suggests that I re-install the game. If I put uplay in offline mode it tells me that there is an error with Conviction-game.exe, the file binkw32.dll is missing. I have installed the game twice and am in the process of installing it a third time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, the web page you recommended had the solution. I needed to add the .dll to the system folderin the game directory. The issue was I have two locations and I was looking in the Program Files(x86) location and not in the Program Files. I didnt realize the game was stored in both locations. odd. Any way it fixed that error and tries to load but quickly returns to the desktop without an error message. I'm glad I didnt pay retail price for this as it was bundled free with GR: Future Soldier

Thanks for your help anyway. It was and is appreciated.
