Gentlemen (and ladies of course) have no fear, salvation shall arrive soon. A "new" game is coming out in November (I think you know what I'm talkin' 'bout) and your idiot teammates will mostly vanish to play it. I say mostly because I'll still be here
So hang in there my fellow Ghosts. We will weather the storm.
If you're match is full of morons do what I do, leave select the other playlist and find a new game. This has worked everytime and this afternoon I have played with teams of one mind, attack and then defend the objective. These guys are out there but they like to hide. Thing is thougn you need to give some people a chance, some players just can't play that well, but know what they should be doing, even if they do keep dying as long as you are able to spawn close to the point don't write them off.
The one thing that's really been winding me up lately is the people that think flanking the enemy before you start attackingt is a good idea, if you don't move as a team and attack the same place to start with flanking becomes quite useless as the oposition willl find it easy to kill your team mates then you when you finally do turn up 30 seconds later they'll wipe you out as well.
My Adobe Photoshop is screwed up right now, so I don't have time to caption the Meme image of Patrick from Spongebob, but...
Why don't all of us raging pros on the forums-
-put each other on our friends lists?
I think it's high time we hurt those noobs like they've hurt us! Add each other to each others friends lists, then enter conflict matches and S*D*M*Z* THOSE NOOBS. (asterisks are placeholder for vowels)
Seriously, a little while ago, "THE-DOK" a forum-goer, added me on PSN, we got a group of half-logical players together, then obliterated everyone we came across.
Although I do agree about the irritating average IQ of someone who plays this game. It's a lot like Company of Heroes multiplayer before I stopped playing that game; the other player attempts some sort of stupid, spammy tactic, then gets countered and beat. It feels more tedious than entertaining. Just remember that "Some noobs never learn". We'll always need to deal with these kids, in one form or another.
"Fire, Captain, FIRE!" -A Blackhawk Pilot expressing irritation about Capt. Scott Mitchell's terrible machinegun skills.
I would love to get a group of players (XBox) in my friends list that ...
1. Live close proximity to the Midwest, US. (Hopefully that will help with lag issues).
2. Play the objective.
3. Play with integrity...i.e. no spawn camping, base raping, etc.
4. Use mic's.
I'm not the greatest player but I am valuable to the team in support, communication and effort.
I've had my share
1. People who kill stunned victims and then send me a "LOL" PM
2. People who EMP and Flash their teammates...for the lulz
3. A guy who fragged me JUST so he could get my MSR and "snipe"
4. People who will kill any and all snipers regardless of their performance in the match
Although I have seen my share of "Good Guy Gregs" as well
LOL - The way matchmaking is right now I'll take anyone in the continental U.S. Is your XBox tag the same as the forum? Mine is (The "L" in Slap is replaced by the # 1).I fit all of those criteria, but I live in the Mideast, US. Is it that much of a difference?
