I've been having a bit of trouble lately in multiplayer... People simply aren't dying.

I use a weapon with a 75 bullet magazine that has the damage bar at roughly half way, so it's not too shabby a weapon. I'm not a high level in the game but i believe my weapon has been made to the best of it's standards until i can access new ones.

Recently i am noticing that i can empty an entire magazine into someone stood right in front of me, every single bullet hitting them, and they live. Next they usually shoot me twice and i die.

This happened earlier today, i must have shot 90 bullets into one guy, he was running away so i followed him, also shooting him with 2 full magazines from my pistol (so 120 bullets now), and a fellow team mate just walked upto him, shot him once and he died. I'm not even getting the assist kill points anymore either.

I mean, come on... this is a joke! How am i meant to kill anyone where i have to be visible to them for 10 seconds to kill them, and they need just 1 second to kill me?

More often than not, it's just that.
Given that in your example your teammate killed him easily, it is that.
You might want to check what type of connection you have and hope that the matchmaking system gets you in a game with a good host, and when this happens try to change game.

Hmm thanks, just seems strange as i check my internet when it happens and it seems to be ok.
