Can I ask why is when a person is told to contact customer support, and the user does this, support then just stop replying to emails sent? All this does is baits users into saying something harsh and then getting a forum/game ban. Exactly the same happened to me on TSO, I reported a person for discussing necrophilia in global, nothing was done (the person was still active), tI then whisper a MOD and get told "stop picking holes". A few days later I get trolled in global and report the person (again nothing gets done), I whisper a MOD and am at this point quite upset from having nothing done to offenders when I report them, and in a WHISPER (after being directed there by a MOD, that same MOD gives me a perma chat ban). I've been told to contact the game master on the forum in way of a PM, I've sent 3 messages, and NO reply. 2 of those PMs were sent Monday, so again the lack of help just pushes people into venting and getting a subsequent ban. This is a direct form of baiting. So support don't reply to emails sent, the game master doesn't reply to PMs sent on the forum (as per the complaints procedure asks you to follow). So what can be done, except to use the forum to get noticed and hope that someone sees it who believes this isn't the way a complaint should be dealt with.

    Thanks

Did you make a support ticket?
Reply with your ticket's reference number and I can take a look.
If you were trying to register a complaint against someone on the forums, Support might not intervene. You'd have to contact the forum mods themselves.
