Hey had you tried to check your video card if is compatible with the game and if it is try do delete the game and put it back make sure you register the game online if you have HAWX2 it happened to me too but i deleted the game from my PC and put it back STIlLL have problems but it just if you have problems after it is the game everyone has different problems with HAWX2 if you check the comments about it you will see now the Hawx has less problems In my case when i want to play Hawx2 i receive a error that freeze it and i cant use anything not even to cancelled or to try again or continue but after i press Control Alt Delete makes my computer work again and click Continue in the game box error and that makes my game works that Happend after i Upgrade the Uplay because before that i didnt have those prombles Different ones but not this new BUT always problems with HAWX2 so i hope i helped you a little thats why i play more Hawx1

Thanks for your kind support, but I already formated and installed new windows7 64 and still the game won't run getting the message(error 5 can't create dump file) really I'm upset I reached level 27 before this Uplay upgrade.

It sounds like one of the game files is corrupted and is causing the game to error out and crash. What you will need to do is uninstall the game and redownload it through the Uplay PC Launcher software. Once the game is uninstalled follow the steps below to redownload.

1) To find the download for the Uplay PC Client you will need to go to http://uplay.com/

2) Once at the site you will see the orange download option in the upper right corner. It will say Download Uplay PC.

3) Once the Client is downloaded and installed it will ask you to log in with your Uplay account. Now that you are logged into the account that you activated the game on you will see an option to redownload your game.

I'm having the same problem. I reinstalled Uplay and redownloaded HAWX 2 and I'm still having the exact same problem.
Does anyone know how I can make it work?
