Recently, I planned to pic up Ac2. But then I heard the Dram, always internet connection thing. I have a half decent connection, and it breaks of ten. Ubisoft, by doing this you have dissapointed me, not to mention several others. thanks, but no thanks ubisoft, I will not be taking ac2
If you get the latest patch/version of AC2 the "always online" requirement is removed.

When you install the game, it will require internet connection to verify. After it's installed it no longer requires you to be online.
