I have read this:

by PaladinOfMM: It seems that gaining enough experience to gain two or more levels for a Dynast Weapon 'jumps' the corresponding ability (screenshot).

It's what happened to me with conflux shoul forge. I have rise two lvl without going in the game and now I have a sword with lvl5 but no lvl4 ability.

It's marked as fixed, but my Dynasty weapon still haven't had lvl4, how can I reset it so I can get it up again or how to activate lvl4?

This bug is not gameplay affecting because the improved version still works as intended but it could definitely handled better. I posted this nine months ago:

More dynasty weapon bugs, some of them where reported before, but not in detail:

- Souldrinker's Life Drain ability is replaced by Improved Life Drain after reaching Level 5
- Heartrending Song's Sephiel’s Voice is replaced by Improved Sephiel’s Voice after reaching Level 5.

This is a bug, because how it's handled with other dynasty weapons. An improved ability is always a passive bonus for the active ability, like it's the case with Assassin's Blade's Improved Shadowstrike or Staff of Cleansing's Power Channeling. By replacing the normal ability with the active one the description of the normal ability is also lost.

Ohh, so it's really another bug. Well, wait to see if they will fix it.
