The cloud sync feature is broken, or at the very least, extremely shoddy, failing 8 times out of 10. This morning I spent a solid 15 trying to sync my saves before it finally worked. WTH is going on, Ubi. I have never experienced these kind (and number) of problems with any other game company. If you are experiencing technical problems, you need to address and acknowledge them publicly, not leave your customer base in the dark. It's just good business practice, and by refusing to do so, you just end up pissing off your customers.
