1 Year ago .... how time flys

About 1 year ago, we were all getting ready to try out Rocksmith.
Most of the gaming news gave it a positive rating...but there was a small very vocal group that hated it.
    They basically predicted...death of arrival.

    Wow, talk about being wrong.

US sales for xbox and PS3 combined currently sitting at just under 1 million copies.
    DLC growing steady.
Base support coming out...and it will be rocking.
World release in a couple of months
PC release at about the same time

Music gaming is alive and well for Ubisoft and Rocksmith

    Congrats ! You earned it.

Heh yeah the sales numbers SEEM sorta low but thats mostly because it hasnt been released anywhere else in the world just yet.. and once the PC version somes out.. I expect at least two million in sales or so.

I got rocksmith day 1, so ive been there for most of it xD just wanna see what next weeks DLC is!

I started playing in April this year. And keep kicking myself because I bought it more-or-less on day of release, but it just sat there unopened, because I didn't find the time to start playing it (I don't game much at all in the first place, and I hadn't bought my Strat yet at the time, although I did have the RB3 Squier).

Once I started, I was completely hooked. Long may it last!

And congratulations to Ubisoft, this truly is the epitome of what music gaming should be, as well as of what a guitar teaching tool should be. Brilliant!
