Despair Increases Morale? | Forums

I finally beat the tutoral and start the Necro Campaign. The first ability I choose is Despair under Dark Magic. On my first opponent I cast it on the Sentinal and he proceeds to actually gain Morale going from 7 Morale all the way up to 52 Morale. I am confused what is going on?

It's a bug. Better get used to them. The game has more bugs than an entomology wiki, and like the wiki, more are added all the time.

Yeah sad to see that. I have not played in a day because it fustrated me. Think I will just reload a previous save and avoid choosing Dark Magic. Does the Despair bug continue with Mass Despair? Because if it just for normal despair I can deal with it if Mass Despair works properly.

I think Mass works fine.

^As above, Mass Despair works alright. An opponent cast it upon my units and a couple of them lost action due to poor morale.
