The Door bash from the E3 demo, complete with the staggered running looked great. Too bad I probably won't see it that much (due to playstyle).
Also, the way Sam covered his ears when preparing to breach the door was perfect. I loved that detail. Same when he called the airstrike, the way he covered himself and still lost balance was very nice.
I also love the standard walk animation. Same as in SCC, but it's still great. Calm yet very concentrated and with the gun down. The crouch run looks good too.
I haven't seen much of the takedowns yet, but from what I've seen, I prefer the SCC moves. One thing I don't really like is how Sam always looks away from the ones he kill in SCB, like he doesn't care. I do understand it's something they've done on purpose, but it's too hollywood for me. In SCC the HTH takedowns were really intense, with no hollywood bs. I know fisher is a bad**s, if not he wouldn't be the main character. The more humanity he retains, the better in my opinion. But then again I'm basing this on very little, so I'll keep an open mind. Hopefully the final result won't feel as michael bay as the E3 demo.
I think the one over the cover abduction we saw looked a bit weird, as if the guard was weightless. Might just be me though.
Also, I think Sam looks a bit too restless when crouched in cover. I felt the same in SCC, expecially when considering that this is a very patient man. He didn't look in control of himself. But then agian, it's no biggie. I do wish we get a standing cover though, but it's unlikely.
While I do love the new crouch run animation, I do think that the crouching animation looks silly. Legacy crouch looked better, maybe because it looked purposeful. It looked like the crouch of a man who was used to crouch a lot. The SCC and SCB crouch looks very uncomfortable.
One thing I think would be a nice addition when he has his weapon drawn, that they could steal from GR:FS is keeping the finger off the trigger. That detail in GR:FS made me so happy. It was a tiny detail that realy showed how professional they were. I think Sam would be at least as professional, so details like that would fit perfectly.
I'm not even gonna mention the climbing nor the speedy ledge walk here, though, wouldn't need to be a psychic to guess what I think of those two.
