Seriously? This game is almost 5 years in the making, and still not complete! How many Assassins Creeds have they released since FarCry2? Farcry3 is not of importance to them, Nor are the FarCry Gamers. You are not valued so why would the time be valued. Let me give you an example: They offer Beta Keys GRFS gamers, and a drawing on facebook for everyone. Do you see any respect given to those who have been playing Farcry 2 since 08 or 09 from Ubisoft? The game is still going strong! Even A disrepect to the gamers who been playing since the first FarCry game. Ubisoft is to busy trying to appeal to Call Of Duty Gamers and Others. They can care less about the CORE! The Farcry Gamers who made it a Legacy .So do you think they are rushing for us to play the Beta? They even have the Beta closed overlooking The Real FarCry Gamers across the World! This Ubisoft Massive Development Team is so out of touch with CORE! The Gamers that has made this game Thrive! No telling when the Beta is going to release with these guys.
I agree with you. They are doing a EA style of marketing. When you are a true Farcry fan, and they announce the beta for Ghost Recon players. This hurts my hype for Farcry 3. Stop with the stupid marketing. It turns me and others off from buying the game.
I just want to play the beta. I'm not joining some stupid Facebook page just to have a random chance to participate in the beta.
Could do with some personal beta invitations sent out to legitimate fans. ^^ via PSN / Xbox / PC - just saying....
They should, but the truth is that they will not. That is a corporation. Run the lives of the workers and customers. I know that the developers would by loyal to the fans, but Ubisoft would not and will not.
The bosses and CEOs of companies are destroying these products, not the workers like everyone wants to blame.
