having some issues with gifting still says i have 50 + girts i accept and send but when i click on meesages agian it takes like 3 to 5 mins to load then same gifts

Have you tried the "initial" troubleshooting steps? If none of them seem to help, please contact support and they will investigate for you. I provided the link near the bottom.

Clear your browser history and cookies: Not sure how? http://ubi.li/Y4JzZ
Refresh your web page (Press the F5 Key within any given browser).
Restart your browser and ensure that all windows/browser tabs are closed
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE)
