How do I make a complaint?
I have been trying to solve an issue with Ubisoft for some time now and the individual dealing with me is not responding, feels like he/she ignoring me. I have not been rude or sent silly emails.
Just really want to get this issue sorted and feel this individual is not be very helpful, I have sent him/her three emails and waited for a response, but no reply. To make matters worse, the issue has been tagged as 'solved' which is not, not even close!
